1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken during delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item has missing parts or accessories.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Unboxing video/photos may be required for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products after delivery.
- Personal care or hygiene-related products.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
- Minor color/design variations due to lighting or screen differences.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Share:
- Order ID
- Product opening package videos
- Reason for return
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund
depending on product condition and availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be covered by Nirvra.
- For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
