At Nirvra, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item has missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Unboxing video/photos may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery.
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
  • Minor color/design variations due to lighting or screen differences.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@nirvra.com
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Product opening package videos
    • Reason for return

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

depending on product condition and availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be covered by Nirvra.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
